A dedicated civic leader, Elaina serves on the boards of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce and Rainier Athletes. She is also an active member of the Board of Governors for the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce, and a member of YPO. Her leadership and impact have earned her accolades such as Puget Sound Business Journal’s 2021 Women of Influence, 425 Magazine’s 2023 Women to Watch, Bellevue Lifestyle’s 2025 Women of Inspiration, and Puget Sound Business Journal’s 2025 Power 100.
